 Pre-Assessments

COMS performs pre-assessments to assist clients in determining their readiness for a variety of management systems criteria. Pre-assessments may be performed with qualified client internal auditors or by COMS audit team which will be separate from the facilitation team.

Internal Audits

COMS performs annual internal audits for clients who are not staffed to resource this activity for themselves. Our audits are performed to the documented management system requirements and result in a detailed audit report that includes audit findings and observations. COMS professionals are available to discuss the audit results with management personnel, and to outline an approach for effective corrective and preventative action.

Supplier / Sub-contractor Audits

COMS can assist a business in auditing key suppliers such as those who perform special processes in order to meet the requirements of their customer.

Regulatory Compliance Assessments
